jellyfish.jpgSexually active jellyfish are taking over the world according to a Marine biologists of the Smithsonian Tropical Marine Institute.

Dr Maria Miglietta says, “We are looking at a worldwide silent invasion.”

Apparently the biologically mature Turritopsis Nutricula species of the oceanic inhabitants is able to become sexually juvenile after mating.

You’d think that would be a mammoth advancement in biology with endless possibilities of research for life extension through sex, alas, its a big problem.

Miglietta says jellyfish numbers are soaring because the nocturnally bioluminesce hydrozoans don’t need to die.

The Caribbean ancestors have already wrapped their tentacles across the aquatic globe through it’s unique ability to fully mutate into youth again.

Miglietta and her other cellular knowledgeables call this process transdifferentiation. Their expert opinion is that the sexed up super jellyfish have mastered the process to the fine art of immortality.
