Wishing I were a Beaked Whale
We know so little, if anything at all about this particular species; -”There’s not much known about these creatures - where they live, their lifestyle. In fact, they might be the least understood group of large mammals on Earth.” says Ted Cranford from San Diego State University in California. Yet we, The Humans, continue to threaten their world. Their livelihood . We hunt them deep down on the sea floor and torture them to (almost) extinction. We trap them in our fishing nets, deprive them of their food by over fishing and feed them with plastic bags and some more toxic rubbish. We prowl around their habitants with our intrusive noisy gadgets, leaving mass strandings in our wake. We are, after all, The Humans; rulers of the living world. What shame!
